getting better every day, only way to master it is to drive it.

HeHe, ya, being good at stick is one of my pet pieves. Hearing people roost the clutch on starts and even shifts literally makes me cringe, seriously. I'm not saying you're that bad, lol, just rambling on here.

jk man. You're not bad. get a better handle on your clutches point of engagement.

I still suck in my e30 cause i'm not used to the pedal weight and how well it grabs, as well as the power compared to the jetta, but i'm starting to get the hang of it :)

My clutch engages like half way out, and it engages much quicker than all the 100+k clutches I have driven on. My car doesn't have a hole in the carpet for a clutch stop, so I hope the firewall does. I really need one.

Day 4,

car did not roll out today, as I had to get the clutch around 1pm which slowed things down.


As of 20 min ago, the transmission is installed, as well as the m3 steering rack, and the cv's are all bolted p, plus the trailing arms are reinstalled.

tommorrow its just reconnecting a bunch of stuff, and the car will drive under its own power :D

Day 5

what is there to say? today was a total bitch, everything is in, and...





car runs amazingly well, rather quick for an ETA, handles very well, very VERY stiff imho, the m coupe short shifter is amazing, highly recommend it, and the m3 steering rack is also a great upgrade for quicker ratio

I just got back from an hour of thrashing it around, had a blast the entire time, very happy with the results


I will take pictures once its detailed and finished, I still have a few small things to do, but other then that it is done :D
