Guys,
I appreciate all the comments and info alot. An ///M has always been my dream to have, but after thinking about it really hard, I just can't let go of my baby.
The temptation of Matt's car was very hard to not pass up (the Wife liked it better than the more original M3 that was there also) but in the end it's an M3. The only problem was that later on I knew myself that I wouldn't be satisfied because I really wanted an E30 M3. So for now, my build continues on my 325 until I get it to where I am satisfied or an E30 M3 falls from the sky on my lap. Thanks again for the comments and advice.
Nick

No!!!!!!!!!
I would never do that EVER! reason is from my stand point, which I work in the BMW realm, everyone that made that change from an E30:E36 hated them selfs after 2-3 days,so be careful E30's are the shit! looks and drive like champs.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

I would do it in heartbeat. E30's are not rare or unique. I'd swap for a Euro E36 M3, wait a year or so and then pick up another E30 to begin the cycle again.
