It quiets down after 3 grand but up til then it reminds me of open exhaust. I also cant hear very well with other people in the car and crusing down the road. I may put the ole thrush on it to quiet it down soon. *i may have a sound clip in a day or so. sounds a lot like most other mufflers on the m20. nice growl at idle, and deep sound under accel.
What about cruising 3k rpms on the freeway, it doesn't annoy you on long distances?

Im usually taching around 2.5 on the highway and thats about 75. Like i said, sometimes hard to hear people in the car, but with windows down, it doesnt bother me much on the highway. The only time i dislike it is when it rains and i need to put my windows up, it resonates in the car a little bit. My computer is being weird, or i'd have a sound clip. I can probably get one tomorrow night. I liked my old muffler because it would have a nice tone under accel and quiet down close to stock when you were off the gas.

There are several local Porsche guys running around with Flowmaster mufflers on their cars. They make the most power for their particular application. I don't understand the trashing on Flowmaster. It's just a fucking brand..... Grow up.

Maybe because it's not a $500 catback system, lol... I don't have a problem with Flowmaster, sounds fucking great on our Yukon along with about 5 other friends' cars.
