I actually know the owner of that car. It has been completely rebuilt from the ground up if that wasn't obvious already. My friend AJ(who himself has quite a collection of cars) is actually one of the software writers for ESS Tuning that's based out of Norway, and this is his brothers m3. He was over here in AZ for the summer and I was talking to him about it and when all was said and done they were expecting close to 1000rwhp. Unfortunately, this is supposed to be a garage/show queen. Apparently he also managed to get his hands on one of the Nascar style trucks and will be towing this behind it.

My cousin is the sponsor of this,http://www.perrisautospeedway.com/champ/main.html, and if you look back, he also was the points winner for a lot of the previous series, he also was the sponsor of. They were modified NASCAR Truck series trucks setup for dirt oval racing, with 440+ CI engines. I learned a lot about suspension geometry on race vehicles being in the pits and helping on those cars years ago. I can attest to the potential insanity of those trucks. He also was running the Baja 1000 back in the early eighties, I've been around alternative auto racing my whole life. I guess I really need to get out to a paved track.
