ok back on topic:

any one figure out what model car this is? i just saw it yesterday the details that stood out to me was:

airbag, plastic bumpers, map light mirror, sport seats, bottle caps.

so its not a true IS, plus the 325i badge was moved all the way over to the right on the deck lid. but it was a dark color looked brown in the movie, maybe dark red though? soooo 90-91 with a sport package and 'caps?

Nope, it's definately a 2dr. Given the size of the door, and the placement of the interior light. (It's farther back on the 4drs... well behind the front seats)

If you've seen the movie (which I have), you'll see that its not a 4door.
It's a 2door and it just says 325 at the back

in the first mission impossible there is an e30 for about one second. it's a silver 4 door and it appears to have a glass sunroof.

i guess that comment has nothing to do with jim carrey at all.
