I say e21s are cool, but they are bastard cars. Either get an e30 or a 2002.

That said, if I found one for cheap and in good shape, I would rock one. And stroke/MS/boost it. ;)

When I saw the title of the thread, the first thing that went through my mind was "Unless its free, its not a good deal". But thats mean, and I havent even seen pics of it. Just a joke.

Looks interesting. I personally would love to pick up a black on black 320iS and convert it to 323i specs or drop in an m20b25.

It didnt look that bad in the pics, But if you saw it up close. I would wait around and try to find a nice 320is.
