    Vaders may "look cool" but they are not comfortable at all IMO.

    The vaders came out of my E36 M3 about 2 years ago in favor of some Sparco EVO's, which are much more comfortable and supportive, and yes they are fixed back racing shells. :D

    I think the "Lux" seats are more supportive and comfortable.

        Not so for everyone. I had an e36 cabrio with sport seats and on long trips (620 miles in 9 hours) the vaders in my M3 were more comfortable to me. I'm 6'0" and 190 pounds so size might matter in this case.
