I'm a cheap bastard so i have a Ryobi impact gun. Its rated at 120'lbs on a full charge. Just got Ryobi cordless speed saw. It came with the circle cutting attachment. Not bad for a $30 tool.

swivel head ratchets.....like this:
I have a 1/4" snap on without the rubber handle, and it's NICE. I bought a couple of 3/8 and 1/4 Genius Tool ratchets that are copies of the Snap On and they are decent, well worth the $$$- about 1/4 the price , but not quite up to snuff with the Snap On.
Wobble socket extensions are hard to live without too.
And I'm really loving my cordless Makita 1/4" impact driver- like a cordless drill but with a 1/4 hex shank instead of a chuck. It accept all those screwdriver bits, and I use a 1/4" or 3/8" square socket adapter in it to spin out nuts and bolts. This thing has tons of torque and it's smaller and lighter than any similar cordless drill driver.

/\ same goes for me my snap on box is my biggest tool investment not including the tools inside.
The tool I think I have that is super handy I would say is my blue point compressed air vacuum.
Great at sucking out broken glass from doors and cleaning in the tight spaces when used with the crevice attachments.
