That's actually not too bad IMO. It looks like it may need to be cleaned up a bit, but I like the fact that it doesn't flare out like the Volvo lip.

+1, the way it's mounted, it looks like it might belong on the car, and just be old and beat up, unlike the volvo lip that looks like you made it out of garden dividers. Could probably make it fairly flush too.

I parked my car in a kinda shady area one day while i was doing a job, when I came back my exhaust hanger was half undone and the rubbers were pulled off. That was an annoying drive home.

i didnt spend a whole lot of time trying to make it perfect. my valence is bent up in the middle.. so.. i just got it close enough where i was happy with it.
