same thing happened to our home a couple years ago

the whole family went out for a trip to the park including 2 dogs .. we loaded up and headed to the park

chilled there for an hour .. came back to the car .... window was smashed out and tires were slashed .... called the cops .. and then noticed that the garage door opened thingy was gone ... called some friends to go to our home ..

the friends chilled in front and we told the cops to go to our home and they declined since they had no reason ... and my friends didnt see anything happening and all doors were closed and garage was closed...

we get home finally go inside .. and the house is trashed with shit everywhere ...

they managed to use the garage door opener ... kick a door in .. go through the house and get a bunch of shit ... and take the keys to the red chevy silverado in front... load it up and drive off ....

damn mofo's .. but karma is a bitch!!!

That is awful. I just don't know where people get off doing stuff like that. Good luck with insurance and getting your belongings back.

To my overwhelming disgust, I worked a few where I had to pay for dogs in a theft claim.

I'll let you figure out the details.

I understand, but that's part of the reason you have them is to slow or stop some folks, not everybody though. It's just part of the chain, next is a big fucking safe ( mines about 400#s empty, bolted to the floor ), not even that will keep a determined thief busy for long.

he like playing with boxers at the dog park, although they have way more stamina then he does. (i don't know why, i walk him 7 miles a day and do at least an hour in the DP every other day)

he scares the hell out of most people coming to the door.
he even cornered a power co worker once, he had to jump the fence to get away.

I live in a neighborhood that has a couple of rental houses, and one of the owners rents it out to the state, who in return gives it to unemployed people, now i'm not saying unemployed people are bad, just that the caliber of them that end up in that house are. they've had close to 10 different 'tenants' in the last year. Well, one set of the tenants was involved a group that robs people during the day... So him and his buddies decided that they'd rob us at night for some reason. Sounds far fetched but, my dad had stopped their house from burning to the ground with the guys kids in it....So him and his buddies are standing outside our door arguing about breaking into our house, when we of course wake up, call the cops, and open up the front door to greet the stupid robbers. We and the neighbors heard their whole conversation about breaking into houses, whose house they were going to break into next, etc. Well, they ended up going to jail, threating us, and all that good stuff. Later one of them went back to jail for shooting a gun a traffic, while drunk.
