                                                too late..=( i just finalized everything today. my insurance company hires an attorney and he said it would be best not to fight it. my insurance paid the cop a $100,000 settlement. they said that if i took it to court and lost it could potentially be a $400,000 case and since my insurance policy only covers $100,000 i would be stuck with the other $300,000.
