Rocker panel molding--is this OEM on a 325i?

Saw this car for sale on Ebay, it's a 91, and I noticed it appears to have some kind of ground effect on the rocker panel. Is this OEM? I thought only the iX cars had ground effects. I have a 91 325i and it doesn't have this.

If they are OEM, apparently they could be ordered for the 325i, they didn't make a 325is in 91, did they? This car has the trunk spoiler too. But not the OBC. NICE color.

IIRC there was no 1991 IS but you could order the "IS" package on the "I"

They're stock "IS" side-skirts that were only available in 1991. BMW didn't make a 325is that year, but you could get a sport package with your 325i. The pic in the first post is of said "IS" OE sideskirts.
