haha, ok I was trying to pocket $450 after I got a rattle can of primer, a roll of duct tape, and old tshirt and some resin to fix the fender.

It's not going to be very hard to fix that car. Do you know anyone that can do the work? I just don't like dealing with insurance. You already called the cops though.

the cops arent involved really..they were just there for me when i needed them initially...plus i told him i wouldnt press charges as long as she cooperates with me.....i have a claim with the insurance...i could just always say i decided to settle outside of insurance for x reason....i atleast want to see what the estimate will go for...

maybe ill just in my spare time get my own estimate at my local body shop before friday then decide from there whether i want to have her just pay me and settle outside of insurance..or have them fix it.

i dont really know any body techs...but it seems just more reasonable to go this route and to just fix it myself with a few friends and keep some cash now that i am thinking more about it
