Bastards. Probably if I sold a few parts I'd be okay with it. I need a stock exhaust as my first move. I still think a rich kid is my first option.

I'd put a softer suspension setup on, sell the wheels and get 17's. That alone will make it a better daily.

Damn man, I would just sit on it if I were you. Can you just return it closer to stock like stock exhaust, smaller wheels, softer springs, adjust the shocks softer and be happy for the time being? You would be better off financially doing that than selling and buying an m3...

I feel your pain on buying the house. When I bought mine I really wanted to own it on my own completely, but being 19 and having no credit I just couldn't pull it off. I had to have my mom cosign on it even though I put 20% down and had the capital to pay it off (from a traumatic incident as a child) if necessary. They just plain would not let me get the loan. And I also have two room mates paying $1000 total a month.

But you are a realtor, I don't have to tell you the benefits of being a home owner, especially at the current interest rates.

Considering you can get an E36 M3 in that ballpark nowadays it doesn't sound that bad.

i've had this car for 2 years.

twoj's - I own a 7 unit and a 3 unit rental property and then my house that I live in now. Unfortunetely nothing is really turning big profits yet since I'm in the infancy of ownership. Should get better this summer when the college girls move into my current house. 2000.00/mo on a 1400.00/mo mortgage. Its like anything else you gotta serve your time. I'm 26 next month. Owning a house at 19 is fantastic - congrats.
