Best, cheapest vendor for an ATE master cylinder?

Anyone know? I've been trying to get one, even a used one, and I just keep getting the short end of the stick. I really need one but don't want to spend $200. Please help!

Check with Steve Haygood of Automobile Solutions. He's a pro mechanic & source for replacement parts at the best prices anywhere. Great deals on suspension and brake upgrades and parts as well as lots of other things. He's in GA but parts are drop-shipped. It's best to call him:

I'm in the same boat; it's one of those things I would buy in bulk, if I had a time machine.

I understand the fact they maybe rusty in jersey, but OP, you can't find one in the junkyard?

I haven't been to a yard yet. I figured if I can get a used one from somewhere for $30-50 and not have to spend 3-4 hours going to a junkyard, hunting for a E30, hopefully finding a few that still have master cylinders, much less that work and is an ATE, it's worth it.

I did find a few on here but they both fell through. Finally decided to look local and found a rebuilt one at Napa for less than $100 but it's being shipped from PA. That's a steal considering new ones are anywhere from $240-300. I'll let everyone know if it's the correct one once I get it.

I bought one from Rockauto about 2 months ago. It was $110. It was the cheapest one I could find.

It is installed on the car and is working fine.
