to manufacture what you are looking for get a drill out and drill a hole in the top or front of the fridge, I'd say at least 1 inch around then while at the hardware store find a nice rubber mount seal to place where the hole was on the inside and outside and a tube of sealer and smoother the parts in between, after running your hose through I would reccommend making this hose able to dissconnect on each side of the fridge door, and drill small holes in the rubber mount to hold it to the door, and then wham mount the tap with screws to the front of the fridge or the top,
Easier solution go buy a big fridge at a garage sale for $25 and put the keg and the tap and the Co2 inside the fridge, doesn't look as nice but works just the same.
This SCK Standard Kegerator Conversion Kit from Kegco gives any do-it-yourself beer lover the tools they need to turn their refrigerator or freezer into a high quality draft beer dispenser.
LASTLY if you live in a Frat without empty kegs you're not LIVING!
I was in a house and it was mandatory to at least have 3-4 of them around, if nothing else they are good to hold up poker tables.
Kyle "kegerator" was coined term for a device that pressurizes the keg. Bigass CO2 canister and valve so there is always pressure. Its a much simpler and portable version of what they use in bars.
