Do you want to use it on something, or is a friend getting noise in the housing of that horror of design (Miller Cycle) and now he/she does not want to pay the 3,000+ dealer list for a replacement?

not a lot, as they are a "blow-thru" design, they are at the 7-8 PSI range IIRC.Comment

my big convern is that it is on a 2.3lt so it might choke the engine off a little. if i can get 10-12lbs out of it, that would be great on my SETA stroker!

and new, they cost around 1.5k, used at a yard, probably 50Comment

is the problem that they are a Lysholm compressor, that the miller cycle motor is funky, or that the charger itself is poorly made?
for the cost, i might either keep it to put on a 318, or just resell it. i'll check the condition once i pull it though.
