I would avoid power tops as they eventually fail and are an expensive fix and you'll be putting the top up and down manually anyways.
Also, very low mileage is overrated as these cars tend to have expensive stuff begin to fail when they approach 100k, like the Steering Rack and other stuff, so sometimes, its better to buy a higher mileage car that the PO spent a ton of money on replacing the expensive stuff.
At 68k, most of these repairs haven't been done yet, but will need to be.
A Car with 150k on it that has had the Steering Rack, Clutch, A/C and other high dollar items replaced is a better value then a low-mileage car that hasn't, especially when the lower-mileage car will be priced much higher.
I wouldn't worry too much about mileage unless the car is fast approaching 200k and has no service history.
Timing belt is another item as you know.
It was probably done on schedule mileage wise, but how many years ago was it?
And cosmetic stuff such as paint and interior work is almost always more expensive then mechanical.
Red/Tan doesn't do it for me. My C4 Corvette Convertible was that combo and I hated the tan interior, although the Dark Red Metallic exterior was nice but would have been nicer with a Black interior.
IMO, not too many cars look better then an E30 interior in Black Leather.
BTW, what's the asking price and where are the pics?
