    Mtech II on IX

Has anyone put Mtech II front and rear bumpers or valance on an IX with plastic bumpers?

It should work considering ix and i plastic bumpers+valance are interchangeable. What would be real neat is to combine the ix flares with the mtech2 sides.

It'd be interesting to see if it were done right. Add in a 5-lug swap and a set of 16" Style 5's and that would be golden.

If you are looking at getting rid of your IX valence, I may be interested if it is still in good structural condition.

Just letting you know, that valence is the same as all of the other late-model valences.

Also interested in how this would look. Can't say I've ever seen it done before. And a 5-lug swap would be interesting. Considering that the front and rear wheel bearings are the same to the best of my knowledge, maybe the hubs are as well? Did BMW ever make compatible 5-lug hubs for that bearing size?

^ I think you can use some of the components from the E34 525iX with a 5-lug swap on an E30iX.
