I don't see what I am not understanding, cupcake. You say BMW should have made a car that maybe 187 people on Earth would have bought. Again, your logic is weak as you fail to rationalize the mass production of a car highly desired by so few.
No shit, it would be cool, it would be sealthy, it would be a badass alternative to many other estates. But the simple fact is, it would have been a huge gamble that likely wouldn't have paid off. Why else do you think BMW has only made three estates wearing an ///M badge (two of them being in current production)??? The first M-powered estate was the E34 M5, and that didn't exactly set record sales even though it is probably a very cool car.- Trey

holy shit.... youre missing the fact that i dont give a shit if it sold in huge numbers. as i said before, it would have a very small market, and wouldnt be for everyone. it would have been designed for a niche market, maybe even homologation for some european racing series. idk, all im sayin is i like it and i would have bought one when they came out. so would plenty of other people around the world. you wouldnt, i dont care, so shut up and post elsewhereOriginally posted by kronuspff, all of you are slow as hell anyway. Lol. I would have one of the fuckers too. They wouldn't sell very well though and BMW probably would have lost money on them so they didn't build them. That's when some independent tuning hoses would come into play and custom make them for the few people who would want a car like that, they would have the money anyway. So although this is pointless I felt like I should have said it anyway.1985 M10b18. 70maybewhpoffury. Over engineered S50b30 murica BBQ swap in progress.

Marketing directors dont make descisions on what is produced and what isnt based on what they like. they take piles of research collected all over the country/world and put it together to see what the customer wants. just because you dont understand something doesnt mean you need to state your opinion about it. i dont belive a lot of people would buy it. how many people buy a Saleen S7? a Maserati MC-12?
