      The tech difference would cut the price dramatically. BMW could shit e30's out for cost, add a 5k markup, and still make it in under 10k.

            I was going to say the EXACT same thing. They didn't give a fuck about how much you were going to love your $3k dollar E30 25 years from then. They just wanted to go home.

              My dad and I finally just put my e30 into my name, I was looking through the paperwork, to think he shelled out $25k for a fully loaded 325i back in 1987! I'd definitely do it again!
