    Is it worth it? 92-325IC-91K

Please Help I Need R3V Advice/Knowledge. I Know of a 92-Vert' for $500 it has a Straight Body no Rust. All original has been Repainted Red nicely done was originally Green & W/Tan Int' & Auto Trans' Top is bad Dash is Cracked 5X and that's it. It has some water in Oil don't know if it quit running or if it shut down from over heating??? Don't know to try and fix it $$$$ or Replace same Motor $$$$? I have read but do not know all the details of a M50 Motor Swap. I have a Whole 94-325i that was wrecked on the side W/Auto at 110K on it. Would it be Possible/Worth it to swap motors and trans with little expense. I do the Labor what would it intel? Your opinion would be Greatly Appreciated.
    Thank You

Sounds like head gasket issue. if the body looks good. Get it for the lowest price possible and change the head gasket or swap it. Thats what I say.

                Thanx

I really appreciate all of your replies. I would like to do the swap but I just do not know the small special little things that it will i stumble on. Is there a directory some where for a swap? I know it will take time. I have all the major stuff. just need to know the in and outs. Motor Mounts / Tranny Mounts / Drive Shaft- & so on / ECU Hook up. I do not have it yet just procrastinating like always and then it's gone?
                Thanx

even if the car is too far gone to be saved, it's worth way more than $500 in parts.
