The sister to my M535i was an auto, a Doctor brought his and hers (1-5spd/1-auto) M535i's into the country in 87. I chased the auto car for a year or two, it was rumored to be in Rutherfordton, went there, guy said he sent it to auction, then it went east which could have been Raleigh...
I never could catch up to it...

Mine was DS over black, the sister was DS over tan and I really wanted the tan interior....

There's a red one in Greensboro or was anyway, guy was dreaming on the price, it was at Spartanburg, needed alot of work...

Then you got Rob Hall's Green one....

I am sure there were more, NC definately seemed to get it's share...

unfortunatley last nite i was driving home and hit some road construction and hit an asphalt drop off and in turn bottomed out. now i have a 4 inch gash in my oil pan
