Hardtop Headliner Replacement

Just picked up a used hardtop. (thanks Mike!)

I wanted to re-do the headliner, as it's stained and sagging a bit.

Can anyone recommend a place in the bay area that would be able to do this at a reasonable price?

Has anyone taken out the headliner? Do I need to take out the rear glass? I see the material has peeled away from the headliner board. I'm assuming the board comes out...

9 months later, i want to fix mine on my own. im thinking of leaving the back sides sagging, but pulling back the main top part and re-gluing it. im gonna check the headliner replacement section, but i wanted to know if anyone has done that. comments, concerns, "search"?
