    I also remember something about that hood hinge issue, but it only happened once-I remember the strut hinge/arm wanting to hit the washer bottle assembly. I thought it was a bit strange as I had never seen it before, but I just slightly readjusted everything and it was fine from them on. Maybe that hinge assembly is worn?
    Its also worth noting that this car has an aftermarket hood shock installed. I believe this shock was much stronger than needed. I would pick up an oe one from the dealer as it is probably putting to much pressure on the hinge assembly. Best of luck.

        90% of the cars i've have owned (and i've had alot of them) has had headers on them. Only problems with them was the usual header problems, low ground clearance,collector gaskets blown, and bolts backing out of the head.

              Yeah if I cant find anything I may do that, one by one. It just sucks because the car ran just fine before this damn header. For some reason I think it's something to do with the location of the O2 in the header since it's technically only getting readings from 3 of the 6 cylinders. I have tomorrow off so it will be a fun day of "unwanted treasure" hunting.

                Yeah the wiper issue is really the least of my worries. I dont think I have even used the washer fluid since owning the car.

                  lol, my header experience was exactly the opposite. Once it was installed a bunch of other issues just went away...lol

                      just get a spark plug non fouler drill it out and your o2 will never bother u again unless u actually need accurate readings
