    Bringing things over from Europe

I know a couple of you guys have either gone to Europe and brought back parts, or have had people do it for you.

I have a sister who lives in Geneva, Switzerland and she is going to be visiting me this summer. I'm just wondering how easy would it be for her to find lets say an M-Tech 1 rear spoiler or something like that?
Obviously those parts are cheaper over there and it would be cool if she could bring some stuff over.

Would she have to ship it over or can she bring it in a box on the flight. I know she has to pay for baggage, but is that cheaper than just shipping through UPS or FedEx or something?

    TIA

She should be able to take it with her on the plane if she list it as baggage and as long as she wraps it very well. If she plans to ship it to you and isn't in the military or a military dependent to where she can't use the Army Post office shipping, she is going to pay a decent chunk of money (at least over $100) to ship it to you because of international rates.

How easy would it be to find those parts in Switzerland?
Do they have Pick n Pulls like they do in the USA? or would I have to find a seller over there that would ship it/sell it to her and she can bring it over?

I'm just trying to get all the information I can.

I really don't know in Switzerland, but can imagine they aren't cheap. I know here in Germany outside they aren't that cheap.

Do you know what a rough price range would be?
Even if it's not "cheap", I'm sure it's cheaper than buying one here in the USA

there are a bajillion threads about this kind of thing already. i would suggest having her bring back smaller things, like euro ellipsoids, rather than giant valences.

You also have to factor in the euro conversion rate (dollar to euro) when doing that. Sometimes it's cheaper over there than here where i'm at. I also second daniel's suggestion because they will charge you freight costs on things that are really big.

The thing is I don't want euro ellipsoids. The only thing I would really be interested is some of the bigger things.
