unless you have some sort of plenum that the itb's are drawing air from (like on s54's or euro s50/2's) which you can put an afm on the inlet of you have to run alpha n fuel mapping, so yah more complicated to tune i'd say, afaik apha N is pretty finnicky to mess around with.

I've actually still got a Haltech E11v2 left over from my previous car (ready to go with a 3bar MAP and 3-port boost solenoid... hmmmmm....)
