    Anyone order on-line from Ireland?

I put in an order on tueday the 5th and I see that it hasn't been shiped yet.
I'm wondering how long did it take for it to be shipped with you?
    Experiences?
    Thanks.

I kinda want to call to see what's up, but maybe it's normal to take acouple days?

I'd give them a call. I ordered all new brakes from them a few months ago over the phone and the guy was really cool. Took about a week to get here.

It's always best to give them a call as they are great folks....but sometimes are not up to date on informing folks on their orders ;)

I ordered my stroker kit, among others, all the way from Asia.........all in all I was quite pleased with them.

I'd go with the phone as well. When I was on the group buy with the springs, he called to confirm, and I asked a couple of questions. He was polite and quick to answer. Really great people, so don't be afraid to call them up.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

I've ordered from them before, no problems. can't remember if there was a shipping delay, but I got all of my parts every time.

Definitly call them. My order took way over a month to get to me. Each time I called I got a different response as to the status of my order. My sway bars were getting powdercoated or on the forklift for about 2 weeks.

I ordered IE RSM's and their Trailing arm kit online. It took a week and a half to get to my house, but shipping was cheap, and everything came packaged up very nicely.

No worries, just a bit of a wait. The phone, however, is a bit quicker I presume...Ireland Engineering isn't going to rip you off or send you the wrong product ten times over like other companies though.

Always call IE directly, dont bother with online ordering.

I think by phone might be alittle faster. I just called today and
the man said he shiped yesterday and he hasn't had the time to update the
tracking number info. It might even get here today.
Next time I'll order by phone and see if there's a diffrence.
