Why the need for a swap? Save up for another few months. Buy a decent working E30 and drive it. Win the lottery later and then do a worthwhile swap or don't win the lottery and still have a car that will get you from A to B.

Then you can still make your 240 the fun car or scrap it or use it as a lawn ornament.
