Phone goes in the slot next to the handbrake, sunnies go under the radio.
Sunglasses, where do they go?

I find that my phone goes rocketing out of the center slot under firm braking. The little ramp at the front ensures a trajectory ending somewhere between the head unit and the HVAC controller. Usually the radio. Which is not good.Originally posted by george gravesIf people keep quoting me in their sig, I'm going to burn this motherfucker down.Comment

Why would I need my phone while I drive? I put my sunglasses in a bag in console under the radio. Phone sits in the open ashtray if I happen to need it. Otherwise phone stays in pocket.

I just wedge them in the sun visor (unfolded) and the spring tension holds them in place. I never knew that it was such a problem.Comment

i havent quite "placed" them. everything keeps on moving to new locations....
the comment about the ash tray makes me interested in obtaining a redesigned tray. something that is less suited for ash than it would be for easy retrevial of change and also less likely to scratch a cell phone. what do you guys think?Comment

As long as you pull the metal things out, the ash tray works fine as a storage bin.

Mine are always in the little compartment next to the e-brake when I'm not wearing them.
