I got a rental car saturn aura once for a 3 hour drive. Most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. I could bearly move by the time I got to where i was going.
Worst car I have owned... 01 Jeep Wrangler. It was fun for the first few months takin the doors off going to the beach. Then you realize that not having a roof doesnt make up for how much of a pita it was.

Cavelier...almost died in that thing.
High School Driver's Ed + chick getting onto highway @ 15mph = imminent death. I took that class with a friend and there was also some girl that didn't know how to drive, and when the instructor told her to get on the highway, she was going 15mph. The instructor was scared shitless and my friend and I were holding each other in the backseat, waiting for death.

I drove a customer's low maintenance 350k 635csi. It is aweful, but I guess he likes it.

Biggest pile o' shit? Tommy Chong's 1963 Rolls Royce. Sloppiest heap I have ever driven, clouds of smoke, brakes locked up on 1 corner while the other 3 weren't affected, doors fell open, all kinds of shit.
Biggest new pile o' shit? 1987 Hyundai Excel.
/motherfucking thread, trust me.

There was a TopGear episode on this topic, but I can't remember who the winner (loser?) was. I do remember it being something suitably awful, like that wretched Korean bug-looking thing that they stuck big ass electric motors in and had The Stig race the RC truck with. Except this one was normal. And Slow.

Chevrolet Cavalier convertible w/ V6 and manual. This was my ex-GFs car. Total crap-trap of a ride. Launching from a stop using half the revs on tap resulted serious cowl shake....and this was on dry pavement. And for a 3.2L, it did not impress. It just reaffirmed my continued dislike for American made passenger cars.
Jon
Edit: Also rented a Sebring Convertible with some friends for a road trip. I should've asked for a refund.
