Any pics you can get would be great. Up to this point, the only "Bangled" BMW I seem to like is the Z4. From what I've seen on the web re: the X3, it actually doesn't look too bad. I'm starting to warm up to the new 6 series car......but I think I will need to see that one in person before I can make any assessment of it.

I recently got to check out a New 5 series up close....wasn't that "taken" by it. The E34s and E39s were great cars IMHO.

Yup, they will come standard with a manual tranny. The X5 3.0 comes with one now, too. Yay, BMW. :D

Long Beach got our first one on Wednesday.

The outside is kinda off. The hood is too long and low. The interior is very nice though, and it drives like a mini-X5; very stable for an SUV.

I saw one this weekend and really like them, wouldn't mind seeing my dad buy one.

I like the dual moonroof, they had a sweet display of it at the factory. Other than that the car seems like a cross between an X5 and an xterra, which should prove itself offroad
                          I can dig it

I like it A LOT better than the X5, but I still hate the Bangle-ized headlights and grilles.

the new Cayenne V6 will have most of the hotness off the V8 and TT models, and sticker at $42K

                              competition is good.
