Great news James! I have been a long time lurker, but decided I should be more active to try and help newbies out. R3V has probably saved me hundreds of dollars already, and i'm sure much more in the future. Happily donate a couple of bucks to help reduce the burden it has on you :)

I don't like change and personally think we should go back to using e30sport.net

to be honest, I wouldn't mind seeing an ad or two on pages if it helps to cover the costs.
What about having sponsors having their own sub forum?
That way you can get some ad revenue without having to have popups. pirate4x4 did that.1990 325is

Thanks for everything you do James!
I've seen the hang and performance issues on this vbulletin, and welcome a new change whatever that is.Comment

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the new joint is problematic. Is that why traffic through the site seems to have died down?
I say change the site, put up a few ads, pay some bills. You deserve it; it's a valuable resource that shouldn't disappear, nor be a burden to you.'91 325iComment

Yes. I still keep a tab locked in for searches but I dont just read anymore and it makes me sad. You can tell that members kind of stopped having conversations in newer threads and it will be nice getting back a more “I’m here for the beer” type posts and threads. My son has the 1987 325e, 2 door, 5speed
