Halloween Costume Ideas...

Like most college kids in CA I will be in Santa Barbara for the night of halloween. Help me out with possible costume ideas. Remember i have to be able to comfortably get drunk and most likely sleep in this costume. Last year i was a truck driver, and my only idea for this year is Napoleon Dynamite. Give me other easy yet clever ideas.
