second posting.Seeking someone in the Seattle area that knows how to use these.I have them loaded into a lap top and can meet somewhere convenient.Honestly I am not computer smart.Will gladly give a copy in exchange for help.Thanks guys

Is there a date on them?

If it's the roughly- 2000 era set, an XP computer can install them.
(yes, there are other ways, but XP is by far the easiest if, like me,
you don't throw anything out)
