The E30 Fund lives!

I just sold our piece of shit '92 Explorer for $1000. I have it parked for sale in the parking lot at my work, and this guy called at like 9:00 pm, and told me he had $1000 cash and he would buy it right now. I guess his truck broke down, and he had to be back in another town like 4 hours away in the morning. I told him all the stuff that was wrong with it, and he didn't care about any of it, he just needed to get back and needed a car.

So I've finally got a start on saving for another E30, and hopefully I can save enough by mid-winter/spring to get a really nice one. Wish me luck!

Yup, he handed me 10 crisp, clean $100 bills, came to my house to get the title, and bailed the fuck out like he was being shot at.

We're thinking he was a dealer or something, he looked pretty tweaker-ish. Besides, who the hell has $1k in $100's in their pocket at 10:00 pm on a Tuesday night?
I suppose he could have gone to an ATM or something, but he was kinda weird.
