My first e30

Just bought my first e30, been reading in these forums for a week now so figured Id post it.
1986 325e, completely stock and maintained extremely well in its life time.
bought for $4800, I was told it was a steal for the condition of the car. Wishing I did some research before hand because I definitely like the later model bumpers a great deal more, and basing off what I read on here, it’s going to cost a good penny to convert and needs some welding but it is what it is.
so far I’m really liking the car, the wheels are already turning on what to do to it. Any ideas would be great or common maintenance issues I can take care of would be appreciated extremely. Thank you for reading!

You can sell that ES 'cowcatcher' for a pretty penny and get some Euro bumpers... all a bolt-on affair. You could also get the rear bumper kit from CubbyChowder (I think) and it helps the look quite a bit.

I prefer the early models myself so Id do the latter
