Re: your question about skirts, take a look at the fiberglass MT2 skirts on ebay. I plan on using the MT2 front and rear on the stock bumpers with those skirts.

those will maybe be my last resort but in the meantime i want to stay as close to original with parts as possible, thanks though!

doing a mtech II bumper test fit currently and damn are they a bitch to put in, swapping the stupid bumper brackets from a eurospec one to the stock US one is a PITA.

while doing the swap my dad said "DAMN now i know why shops charge so much to fix BMWs" hahahaha those bumper brackets are such a paint to remove all the little bolts are hidden.

bahhhh so tired and my back hurts but had a good day today!

Here are some updates on the progess of the car, you also get a sneak preview of the wheels and yes the monster truck status is nasty but i will be getting my GC's soon and don't worry folks the car is not leaving the garage without suspension on :rofl:

Are you going to leave it two tone like that? Cause I think it looks really good. It would also be interesting to see what the wheels would look like with the centers powder coated that same dark gray.

the two tone does looks unique but i think i am going to paint match everything, although that is how the mtech II e30s looked like in japan, every kit was that color no matter what color your car was, doesnt look half bad though

Today was a good day, snagged up some goodies including my getrag 5 speed conversion stuff inluding all linkages driveshafts, lever, SACH's single mass flywheel and clutch

and i find myself extremely lucky because i scored another set of Mtech II pods along with the Skirts that i have been looking for a long time for.

It's going to look smoking hot if you paint everything to match. Call GC and tell them what you intend to use the car for and they'll give you the best spring rate for the application. They have great customer service like that! Nice work!
