anyways heres a little update,
got some freetime from work this past week so i started stripping the interior and cleaning up the wiring. Still have to remove quite a few things like check panel wiring, Antenna, AT wiring harness and ABS wiring.
Sound deadening from the engine, trunk and cabin will also be removed via dry ice and a BFH :)
This is the first time i've ever done anything like this but thanks to Michael (white325is) for the best help EVARRR, you get 10 interweb points good sir!
but heres some pictures of my progress!
heres a picture of what i have removed so far!
heres a picture of my Beatutiful interior.... or lack thereof
EDIT: Unraveling the tape from the wiring harness' in the car is a PITA for those who are wondering!
I also recently coverted the guest room in my house into my new parts room hahahaha!Last edited by namsayin; 09-13-2009, 10:07 AM.Comment

Your car is even more of a piece now robby. No engine, no interior, no wheels. :giggle:Originally posted by z31maniacI just hate everyone.

razor blade for what? i didnt need to cut any wires, i just unclipped them. And as far as unraveling the wiring, just find where the tape begins and unwrap it, its simple just a pain in the ass because its a sticky mess
haha you forgot no suspension or drivetrain too!Comment

I know, I'm sayin' that it it much easier to cut the wire loom wrap along the path of the wires, then peel it off in one piece instead of getting all sticky trying to unwind it.Comment
