It looks like one of those on eBay where the person takes a $5 clock and paints the needles red and slaps an M sticker in there and sells it for $40 claiming it came from an M3.

Well, yeah thanks but it was advertised as a "Mtech clock" and I paid $20 bucks for it. I can't complain.

$20 is a fair price for buying them here. I sold a bunch of regular ones for $20-25.
