No way! If cardinal is well taken care of, it's absolutely beautiful.

There was a delphin 87 325iS at one of the used car dealerships here a few months ago. It had 111k miles, every single receipt of every single cent ever spent on it, and the most perfect cardinal leather interior I had ever seen. It was owned by a doctor since new who only drove it on the weekends. It even had the cleaning kit for the tape deck still in the glovebox.

Yeah, it was perfect, except for the price. They wanted $5900 for it, and he wouldn't go any lower than $5500.

thanks again. there are things i really like about the car, and others are okay. The interior is a step above average. No cracks in the leather, but it is old. New light lenses coming soon. I will be painting the bumpers and lower trim panels probably next spring unless I get a warm day soon. I've had too many projects going on lately. I spent 3 weekends repairing and painting a truck for one of my friends. Havent had any time for my stuff.
