I have been side track a few times. I bought the 2002 and now the M3 both while searching for a donor car. Plus things got put on hold, I had a two battle with Cancer that is now in remission.
I'm in the middle of a bathroom renovation but I check a few times a month for a suitable donor car. I hope to do the swap this winter. I have a good friend with a pole barn and hoist who will lend a hand.
My oldest Son is also going to help so I just need to find something that isn't on the west coast.
