I finally got a lip!

Fair enough. I mostly did it as a joke. Expecting to take it off. But I kind of like it now. It's stupid, but it makes me laugh a bit.

In essence all exterior mods (track cars excluded) are to make your car stand out.

I'll swap it out for something else later on.

My buddy had a a barbie doll tied to a shoe sting hanging out the back hatch of his e34 touring for a day, kind of to make fun of all the JDM cars with little teddy bears and stuff, it was hilarious.

Looks awesome, you do need a lip though, then again so do I.

Also, there are lots of people driving lower cars than that, especially vw people.

I don't think I've done anything worth mentioning really. Maybe the GCs. But otherwise it's a stock, slow, fairly shiny 22 year old car.

I do need a lip, I believe I have one lined up I'm just patiently waiting. It's no biggy.

I've been thinking about it.

I've been thinking about 205/50/15s and then buying shorter springs and going about .5 inches to 1 inch lower.

OR I could keep same tires and space out.

Or I could do both. I really don't know what I can get away with...

I'm currently leaning towards going lower and just tucking them.

I'm not sure yet... I think I'll try 205/50/15s and then going lower.

I'll see about spacers after that. I appreciate the advice... 10mm and 5mm I'll remember that.

Looks nice. Love the stance, and spacers would definitely help out. I'd avoid the 205/50/15s though, at least from a looks standpoint. Even though the car will be lower, the tires look undersized and don't fill out the wells very well. Or at least they don't on my car, and I'm also on GCs at about that height. I only scrape my lip :)
