I will tomorrow, I am stuck on the rears.
I didn't, is that bad? I completely forgot to order them when I ordered the bearings and I didn't want to deal with taking off the original bearings. I figured it was just a dust shield...
I think the kit ran me somewhere around $1800, that's with out the cost of the used struts, bearings, pads and rotors and other crap. I don't even want to think about it.
I'm having an issue with the rear though, I can't get the rear shock mount bracket to sit flush inside the compartment on the convertibles. I think I may have to trim down the bracket because on the coupes that spot is open, but on the convertibles its a tight squeeze in there. And I can't really get out the stock springs. I disconnected the shock bolts, the sway bar end links and I dropped the exhaust a little bit. The trailing arms are hitting the subframe and they won't drop down far enough to let the spring slide out. I think I'm just gonna jack the trailing arms up, and compress the spring and maybe take a few strong zip ties to keep the spring compressed and lower the arms. What do you guys think?1993 325ic Schwarz/Natur

btw what's the turn around time to have these bad boys done? also how mcuh did it cost to ship the housings to them?sigpicComment

I went with the camber plates because they are thinner then the stock perches and you can go lower with them. Cost about $45 to send my struts to them but I'm in NY. After the got them they were back in my possesion in 2 weeks, so a week to work on them and a week for shipping. I highly recomend them, the service was great.1993 325ic Schwarz/Natur

I would have installed the backing plates, but that's just me. Covers/shields are engineered by the automakers for a reason.Comment
