A little bit of Delphin love.

First and foremost, sorry for the crappy quality pictures..iPhones don't really capture the e30 in all of its might and glory.

These three were taken after a quick wash. I haven't waxed it for..well, since last summer/before winter:

Then I decide to polish then wax it since I'm most likely going to the e30 picnic next weekend. Yeah they all look the same, but I spent a long time and I am damn proud of how it turned out! I'm hoping I'll have time before the picnic to respray the bumper surroundings, license plate holder, windshield gasket thingy, and the side door trim black. I graduate June 5th, and the Picnic is on the 7th I believe. We'll see how it goes.

For being 23 years old, the paint is still pretty good. Except for the 340,xxx miles of rock chips on the front of the hood and both sides of the L&R fenders.

Looks great, very nice with the smoked turn signal lenses. Any plans for the tails?

My thoughts exactly, which is why I'm not going to tuck or swap them to the plastics.

I will probably smoke the tails later on down the road, but I have bigger priorities..like lowering it and whatnot ;)

Yarrrrgh, I know! That's the main issue that is making the front look baddd.

I have swapped out a couple windshields now myself, there is really nothing to that lock strip. Just pick up the lock strip tool for 15 bucks and a new lock strip itself should not cost you more than 50 bucks. Should take you all of 15 minutes to swap out.

I'll mos def look into that. I need to replace my windshield too. It has a ton of rock chips (cannot see in sun light)and a large crack on the drivers side. So once I get a new windshield I'll replace the lock strip

6k 35w. They're from some unknown brand. I think my reflectors in my ellipsoids are getting dull because they're not as bright as I think they should be. But they get the job done :)

A swap to euros would do nice though.;)

Love your car Eric! Just givin' ya some Delphin love! I personally would tuck the bumpers and call it a day, but I know you're against that so keep on keepin' on!

very nice car man! it might be the first e30 i have seen where the usa bumper don't bother me.
are you thinking of putting some euro bumper on her, or are you going to keep her as is?

Lol, well that would be a dream for me, but if I were to ever swap or do anything to my DBs, I'd swap to euros for sure!

Word up my brother! Yeah I've seen a lot of tucked DBs, but I'm just not fond of them. These really fit the 80's look, and that's how I'm going to keep it

Hey thanks man if I ever come across some euro bumpers, then hellz to the yeah I'm going to swap them out! I don't really see that happening in the near future, so as for now, I'm going to keep rockin' the DB :D
