Well I thought I would introduce myself. Bought this little gem back on May 5th and have been busy working on her since.
I picked it up literally out of an old mans barn seen in picture below. 169k on the clock and a huge manilla folder of documents all the way back to when it was imported into the USA via the military.
My goal is to make it a nice sunday driver.
Here is the day I picked her up..
Started out new goodies including:
H&R Cab specific springs
Bilstein sport struts
Ground Control Rear shock mounts
New control arms with Powerflex CAB's
Brembo blanks and pagid pads all around
Changed diff fluid and replaced diff bushing
AFE air filter
New shift boot and ZHP knob
New OEM floormats, etc...
Next up was the interior..
Leatheriqed seats (Work in Progress):
Carpet Cleaning :

Added a rattlecanned IS lip and this is how she sits today..
Had to post some pics of the Daily driver also next to her. E60 530i with Mtech kit and M5 rims.
