Alpina: It looked familiar :) A friend of mine have the same engine in his E30 so we had to look it over when you left it with the hood open. Quiet an engine to put in a cab :)
Is the yellow color the original color of you Bi-Turbo? Cool cars!
I actually ordred room at the Hotel an Der Nordschleife yesterday for the Oldtimer GrandPrix weekend. Never been to that event before and I'm really looking forward to see and hear the old racecars I'm too young to have expirienced before. We'll be traveling with class in my mates e28 M535i

Jebb ,, the CABRIO is now in Iceland,, butme and my wife will pick up the BT in late August ,, and also take the car home ,, sad , but as our valuta vs all other valuta is so for now ,, i am taking a rest for the ring ,, sniff sniff ,

the BT is oem Granit-silber ((very cool on M5 but LAME on a B10 BT )) the FERRARI yellow is outstanding IMO love the car totally

yes.. i like both of my cars ,, VERY much ,, as i understand there is one other cabrio in germany w/ S38B38 and 5 lug (( i thought i had the only one ,,,,,, urrrrr )) and the BT is the only one who is Ferrari-yellow

ps.. when i bought the engine ,, gearbox and everything ,, i had the opertunety to take a S50B32,,incl everything for E30 swapp but that engine was 10.000 DKK more expensiver from Schmiedmann vs S38B38

today i would rather have the S50B32,, very good engine indeed,, but the 3.8 also pulls well
