find out if they have any records of the rebuilt motor. if not, don't take their word for it - that car looks pretty haggard from the pics.

Possible bent front valence and drunk bump in rear passenger. I'd make sure the frame is straight and there is no rust.

id definitely take it for a test drive and listen for any weird noises from the engine.
also check the steering rack for any leaks.
look under the car for any leaks at all and check the fuel pump too
