clean lookin e30 u got there. i wish paint jobs didnt cost about ~2k in the san francisco bay area... is there a gap between the air dam and IS spoiler?

got it for free, my uncle gave it to me, it was his old beater

weve put about 3 grand into it, the paint was like 1300 and then a bunch of little things and mechanical work.

are you satisfied with the job and all? because i am looking to get my car painted for around the same price, but i want it done well so i will go look at it like everyday they sand it, and make sure they do a nice job, but for that price you can't really complain, and that's what i'm worried about.

im very satisfied, but i also got a pretty good discount because my dad sells heavy trucks and he sends atleast 10-15 trucks a month to be painted by this body shop, so i got a hookup there and they spent a long time on it doing the best job they could for my dad. so i really cant say how a 1500 dollar paintjob will turn out.

The front spoiler might not be all the way in the clips, that could be a possible reason for the gap. Or the clips might not be mountd all the way up in the valance

I agree because from the pictures of your front valence it seems to be fine. My is lip looked distatched for a few weeks untill I realized that the clips were not all in. I hope thats the problem and not a bent valence. :x
