Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce my self. I'm Ray and I just recently purchased a 325i from one of the members on the forum. This is my first BMW and hoping to learn all that I can.
My car is 90 Gletscherblau Metallic 325i, so far in the couple of days that I've owned it, I replaced oil, oil filer, fuel filter, spark plugs (extremely corroded), plug wires, and valve cover gaskets. There is an oil leak, but I'm not sure where it is coming from, so I had it steam cleaned, I know part of it was coming from the valve covers but thats taken cared of. I found oil inside the coolant resevoir which leads me to think that my headgasket is no good, but I've had no signs of overheating, Im going to do a full coolant flush tomrrow and see whats up. Anyways the list goes lol, but i look forward to working on it and getting it back to good condition. Heres some pics of the car..
